Colours

Walkatjara Artists love using colours from their surrounding landscape to paint stories to share. 

Many artist take inspiration from the colours depicted in the Dessert, but also from the greater Australian landscape.

All paintings from Walkatjara Arts are done so using artist quality acrylic paint, on high quality canvas or Belgium linen. Our paints have added pigments to protect from our harsh sun and an acrylic medium to ensure paint has flexibility when shipped to you. We run a creative Studio and Gallery that supports the local community, Mutitjulu. Our artist range from young, old, emerging, and established artists.

All our artworks are catalogued. Customers receive documentation that includes the artist’s details and artwork story.
