My name is Helen Tjukintja, I was born in Areyonga. My mum was born in Areyonga and my father born in Western Australia a place calIed Ninutju (his country in Western Australia). I was little girl 4 or 5 years old when I grow up in Docker River staying in there 80s and 90s and moved to Areyonga in 1997. I liked painting anything, like Kungkarangkalpa (Seven Sisters), Tali (Sand Dunes), Country and Kapi (Water holes). I started painting at Walkatjara Arts, base do Uluru in 2022 and I’m still painting there now.
